Poor customer service.
Extremely poor customer service. They are not prompt in returning phone calls or scheduling service. Had to make multiple phone calls to get service scheduled, and the technician still did not come on agreed upon date. Would not recommend, nor would I ever use again in the future.

technician Jim came quick & diagnosed immediately; said he'd call me back that afternoon with price (cost under $200) and place order which takes 3 days to ship(Friday). Called Monday to follow-up, was told they didn't get the paperwork until Monday, Tony said he would order the part (Mon ~12:30PM cost over $200). Thursday afternoon (3 days) no part, Tony agreed to track it for me, said he'd call me after tracking it from distributor. I called twice more for status/tracking of part since I wanted to know how much longer to wait for repair, by 4 PM Tony was leaving (without returning my call) still no status report while meantime I find the part can be ordered directly from manufacturer to receive in 3 days while Don's appliance stocks it and made repair service appointment ASAP (same cost), lesson learned.
