I would not even consider....... This in my opinion is not a business that is run very effectively. My sales person had no clue as to what she was selling and she felt that all she had to do was have a blank look on her face and smile and I would pay the ridiculous price they were asking. The brand that they sell is subpar at best. Then management got involved and they had no clue as to what was being proposed as well. It was like they thought that I could not read and they could say whatever they wanted to and lie to me and I would believe them. I would suggest if you have a business and need copiers stay away from these people.
Weak service response also. All products grossly overrated and overpriced. No wonder salespeople show up driving Corvettes and brag of their castle-like homes in prestigious neighborhoods. Service people need to shower more often than Saturdays. Equipment is cheaply constructed.
Too Expensive!. I got a new copier in the office and was looking around at different companies to service the machine. We are a big law firm and would probably put 50,000 clicks on the machine a month. These people were the highest! I just laughed at them and didn't call them back. Get several quotes and see where they fall and let me know if you can justify the additional expense.
