DO NOT USE.
Sent email to have chimney cleaned..responded right away.
They were 40 min early, did not introduce themselves, shoved the bill at me without advising how inspection went.
Tried to call about it, but person that answered treated the call like a joke.
Sent email to complain, but no return response .....
Note they were quick to respond when I had money to spend.

Chimney Cricket Chimney sweep aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and I would like to state that on this occasion our technician called the customer twice before arriving to the house to confirm that he would be early but the phone calls were not answered. Therefore he went on to to the appointment.

Friendly and Professional. This was a great experience. Chimney Cricket was quick in responding to my quote request, they were on time and they completed the job in the time specified. They were friendly and professional and my husband and I would highly recommend them to any of our friends.

Great company Very reliable. Very professional company, they care about the work they do. There prices are fair and they do not rip people off. They are very clean when they come to your house and they do not make a mess!
