No customer service. Very Unreliable. I set the appointment, he never showed up. Waited all day, said he would be showing up and never did. Set the appointment a day before and gave me a time line. Later he said he never entered in his schedule so it wasn't valid!...If he gave me a time, I guess I should have followed up to make sure he put it on his schedule even though I had a confirmation from him. Frustrating!
