Best Place in the SouthSide. Out of all the places to go on the Southside, or anywhere near carson street i would recommend Hot Rod piercing. I have never had a body piercing before, and i went there today to get both of my nipples pierced. they were very kind to me being nervous. they were very respectful and told me exactly what to expect for the before during and after procedures for my piercing. the person who did my piercing was nick and he was amazing!!!! He was very precise, clean, quick and professional. My piercings turned out beautiful and i am i sooo glad that i decided to go there for my 1st piercings!!! i recommend this place to EVERYBODY!!!!!!

worst piercing experience. Got a piercing here. Staffers rude and unhelpful.

I thought maybe they were having an off day. So, returned a second time to buy more jewelry- staff still rude and unhelpful. Plus, lousy selection of jewelry, anyway. Won't return.

I won't go anywhere else now!. I have never been more comfortable getting pierced, tim and geno are WONDERFUL. They are very thorough with the steps and cleaning and explaining everything so you understand fully. they give you tips on how to handle the pain of the actual piercing and how to treat it afterwards. these guys are the absolute BEST! :)

Best piercing studio in town!. Highly knowledgable and skilled staff with many years of experience, immaculate studio with friendly and comforting atmosphere, only the highest quality jewelry is offered. I never go anywhere but Hot Rod for my piercings now and I never regret it.

BEST piercing spot in pittsburgh. wonderfully sweet, talented, knowledgeable piercers and staff.. good prices, nice jewelry selection [although their oakland shop is bigger and often has more jewelry].. open fairly late [9pm most nights].. definitely the best piercing company in the pittsburgh area, don't go anywhere else..
