Rude. Really, just go to West Lib through the tubes. And a new little distro just opened a few blocks up 10th St, and they're actually pleasant people. Southside beer is just for the masochists.

Complete jerks about service. Rude, inhospitable and generally miserable to be around. Acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me a case of Iron City. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
