Great Customer Service. I Personally like the great Customer Service I receive every time I phone them ( I bug them all the time to make sure of every thing prior to the fast free same day Delivery) The people I talk to are all great and VERY helpful ~!! I have never had a Question go un-answered, and feel confident in my order prior to its delivery. When I am not calling them for information about an order, they are calling me with the co-pay and delivery time.. their is no all day waiting.. and they are always within 30 min of the time they said... so i guess no free Pizza LOL , JK :-) .... So if you have any concerns about anything feel free to call them like I do... It's nice to have one less thing to worry about.. I should be getting paid for this GREAT comment -- But it's true,,,,,,,,,THEY ROCK ~!!

HORRIBLE!. This pharmacy should be shut down by the DEA. I have received double medication before, wrong counts, wrong medicine! The owner is arrogent and rude! They keep huge 5 gallon pill jars in the pharmacy that say "10/325" "10/500" with sharpie marker on them that contain unseen amounts of hydrocone / oxycodone in plain sight. A friend of mine is forced to use their delivery program (that they literally run out of their basement-no joke), you must be available for delivery from like M-F 8AM-8PM without given even an estimate. She said they don't even call first either! You'll get your medication late or wrong! They use unsecure cars too! This pharmacy has ungodly amounts of pain medication in plain sight / reachable... when I'm in their store I don't even feel safe...

Dependable Pharmacutical Deliveries. Not having ever submitted a review before, I felt honored to be the first to provide a review for Avalon Pharmacy. I was first introduced to Avalon about two years ago; thru a doctor that I was using at that time. After I changed doctors (quite some time afterwards in fact), my new doctor stated that she was going to send me my refill by way of Avalon Pharmacy. Was I ever surprised!

It had been many years since I had last heard of home deliveries by Pharmacies. And in that connection I was taken aback when the first doctor used Avalon's home delivery services. And now, I was being re-introduced to that same company by another doctor!

My only concern about using a delivery service, is one of being timely. Imagine if you will, running out of a controversial prescrption; and then the delivery is late! Well that has never happened with Avalon! I always telephone them to confirm that indeed my prescription is on thier list for the intended delivery date (and it has always been scheduled appropriately). And for more than two years now, Avalon has always been right on time with thier actual delivery; just as they promised! It is appearant that the Avalon employees work hard to maintain such a high standard with thier delivery practices.

They even take thier services one step farther. With me being handicapped, I always request that the driver telephone me in advance of his actual arrival, so as to allow me the extra time to make it downstairs before he arrives. And just as I have requested for over two years, Avalon's drivers have always provided me with a courtesy call. I have truly enjoyed doing business with Avalon.
