Will make sure not to do business in the future.
Rcvd. a phone call from them asking about out building plans. Told him we were here for at least a month and that we still wanted the machines as the end was not definite.
I was told that he didn't want to spend 4,000 dollars on new equipment for another account and wanted to remove our equipment.
I was curious as to if I wasn't closing in 60-90 days what would the options be?
The person hung up and three days later showed up to replace our equipment. He showed up with no appt., no approval....nothing.. HE SIMPLY DID IT HIS WAY.
WHO IS YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
During our tenure they simply would raise the prices, talk to no one, give nothing back to the company in the form of rebates.
Hopefully I again will have the chance to entertain bids. I will help them spend more money and get nothing in return.
