This is a Fascist Bar. They have a crest on the wall that has an imperial eagle, a swastika and a Schutzstaffel. Don't give these fascist bastards your money.

Unfriendly service.. I hae been to Salacs twice. It is just around the corner from my house so I was hoping to make it a nice alternative to the Thunderbird on nights when music and a crowd did not suit my mood. The first time I went I went alone. The bar only had a few other patrons yet the bartender took a while to get to me, then subsequently took a while to get my beer.

The second time I went I stopped in with my girlfriend in tow. This time the bar was completely empty. The bartender was watching a television show (there was no music or anything which made the place feel less than comfortable in the first place). I couldn't tell what was bothering him (same bartender), but I figured we had either upset him by trying to order drinks or more so by interrupting his tv show. We stayed only long enough to find that this bar didn't serve Yuengling and that the bartender didn't really want us around.

Despite the fact that it is about 100 yards from my front door, I really doubt I will ever step foot into Salac's again.
