Average Salon

The people are very nice, and there are some very good stylists. I've recently had two bad cuts, though, and will not be returning. The price I've payed for my cuts were not worth what I recieved. My boyfriend also recently had a very poor cut. I was very dissapointed.

Best hair salon in town

I am African American and have had bad experiences finding qualified people to do my hair. At Pelusi's they know how to do all kinds of hair. I started going there about a year ago and my hair was severely damaged. The stylist gave me advice that I didn't want to hear. We have to cut and instead of dying we will have to hide your grey with glossing. Well I can tell you that I have the healthiest hair that I have ever had in my life. I have had all of my family members go there and they were all happy. The prices were no different than when I went to JCPenney hair salon in the same mall (that's were my hair was originally damaged by a bad dye job and a even worse hair cut). They do push products though (all of the salons do). They also push return appointments every six weeks. I can't afford that and they don't harass me when I say "I'll call you when I'm ready to come back", although there is a 20% discount in it for you if you do. I guess that is a little bit of a gimick. Overall I would say I am very satisfied and would not let any other salon do my hair.

worst place to get a haircut

this has to be the worst salon! i went there and had such a bad experience-my first cut was bad went back to get it fixed it was even worse----philip should be ashamed of this place---price--cost cutters would have been better PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE---WHAT A RIP-OFF!!

• Cons: JUST A REALLY BAD PLACE---TRAIN YOUR STYLIST--BETTER YET GIVE SOME OF YOUR STYLIST LESSONS IN HOW TO SYLE THER OWN HAIR IT WAS A REALLY SAD SITE !
