Apartment building smells. No one cleans up after their pets & there is dog dirt & garbage (including chicken bones & glass) all over the place outside. Have notified management, but nothing changes. Have filed multiple noise complaints, but nothing is ever done about them. Floors & walls are paper thin- I can hear EVERYTHING that my neighbors are doing. There are supposed to be dog breed restrictions, but no one enforces them, or any other rules. The dog park area is a joke- a fenced in bit of mud covered with dog dirt. Laundry machines are expensive & there are only 2 sets per building. All in all, rent here is entirely too expensive for what you actually get.

The only real plus is location... but convenience only goes so far.

Horrible Apt Complex. This apartment complex is the worst we have ever lived in. We have made over four noise complaints to the administrative office and were told there was nothing that would be done about it. The apartment buildings are dirty and run down, the laundry room is filled with mold, and when the power goes out there are no safety lights-it is pitch black in all hallways when power is out-unsafe and unresolved when told to management. The parking lot never has available spots and people routinely park in no parking zones or double park. The maintenace crew works on lawncare before 7am, but yet cannot find time to ensure the safety and firecode standards are up to date in all buildings. Do not sign a lease here. It is not worth the headaches.

Worst Apartments In Monroeville. I have been trying to leave these apartments for a while but am trapped in a lease. Some of the apartments have up to seven people living in them working for Direct T.V. with multiple vehicles taking up all of the parking. The outside door has been broken for months and is still not fixed. I would strongly recommend rethinking living there.
