Great for a Bridal Shower. My bridal shower was held at Jaden's catering in July 2011. We had a medium sized group of women who raved to myself and my mother about how wonderful Jaden's was. It was a blistering hot day but that was soon forgotten inside where it was nice and cool. The food was delicious, all at the right temperature (hot foods were hot, cold foods were cold) there was more than enough to drink. All in all the atmosphere was very welcoming and everybody felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend Jaden's to anyone.

Bad experience with Jadens Catering. November 8, 2011

We had a very bad experience with Jadens Catering. We used the upper Banquet Hall for a Bridal Shower. The food was good but not great. The price's were reasonable. They had one very nice person handling everything. We had guests standing in line to order drinks while the (only) staff member was clearing off tables. While this was going on some of the food ran out so guests skipped that part of the meal and sat down to eat, while the (only) staff member did eventually replace the food, guests did not get up to get what they had missed. While the (only) staff member was cutting and serving cake for all of the guests there were only two pots of coffee (one reg. and one decaff.) and no one to serve it, so guests were serving themselves and coffee ran out very fast so the (only) staff member stopped serving cake to go make coffee and so on and so on. Some guests had cake with no coffee some had no cake waiting for server to come back after waiting for coffee to brew. Guests were even pouring their own softdrinks from lack of staff to help out. Empty plates sat on the table for a while. Very unorganized. I called the next day to express my concerns to the owner and he was so rude and defensive that he would not let me get in one sentence in without interupting me. He said that their policy was one staff member per 60 guests. He also stated that we picked one of the cheaper menu choices and what did I expect, him to have three staff members for that. I could go on and on about how very rude this owner was but I would just like to express how bad our experience was and how very, very little they cared. I would never use Jadens Catering ever again.

Awful service and food!!!. We used this service a few years ago and we were happy with it so we hired them again for another event. They have really gone down hill in the last few years. The food arrived late, one person to set up which means it took 45 minutes and the food was cold. The fruit taste like it was spoiled - uneatable! We try to call them to talk about poor service and food and all they were worried about was receiving payment. They did not care that we were unsatisfied. All they cared about was the money. 70 people were very unhappy about the food and service that day!!!

Great caterer. I use and recommend Jaden's catering for every event. Their prices are resonable as their food is delicious! They have awesome cookie trays as well that we often purchase as gifts for the holidays. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in assisting me with a menu that is always perfect for the occasion!

Catering only now. The restaurant was ok, but it closed. They only cater now. The homemade deserts were very good. Breakfasts were greasy as were many dishes. It was pretty good for the price.
