Food is great, particularly the dosa. Service varies. If you go with low service expectations, you will have a good experience.

Good Food - Baddd or Worst Customer Service.

The food is good but the customer service is the worst I have seen in the US. I had very bad experiences went I went to Udipi.

One of the guys was slamming the kitchen door when I was waiting at the billing counter.

next time, the same guy forgot to take the order after he seated me. I waited for 15 mins and after I understood that they forgot to take the order I got up and went away !! reminding him that he forgot to take the order. To my surprise he did not even say anything but kept quite.
