roseclifflounge. homemade white pizza and specials are excellent and only 5-6 dollars. everyone is friendly and it is a fun place to go.

Are you serious?. I would definately not classify the Rosecliff as one of the best bars in Pittsburgh! Don't get me wrong it's ok and the food is alright but not even close to being in the top 50. If you want a good bar in the Monroeville area go to Carls!!!!
