I had been in the store a few times before making my purchase and they'd been pleasant enough. It wasn't until I received my crib and found that it was misrepresented in the stores brochures that I had the problem. The owner admitted that the actual crib had a design change from what was outlined in the brochure but REFUSED to do anything about it. He gave us a "tough luck" attitude. After many complaints and phone calls, he offered to give us only 60% of our money back if we decided to return it. The absolute worst customer service experience ever especially considering how overpriced their furniture is.
Worst Place to deal with.
Was told furniture would take 6-8 weeks. Furniture took 12. Tough to get ahold of. Tough to deal with. Just go to USA baby they have the same brands and have them in stock. Don't waste your time. No benefits to use them. Furniture takes forever and service is terrible.
