Awesome customer service. I Recently dealt with Audio Communication Home under their new managemen headed by Jay Gowdat. They are AWESOME. I am not a technophile, but the head of the company Jay was patient attentive to our needs and suggested the most functional and painless way of intregrating a full house audio / visual system. I love listening to music on my speakers throughout the house and my kids and wife love watching movies in full HD and surround on the basement projector. Best of all the install was fast, Jay suggested ways to improve quality and cut costs, and there are no messy wires anywhere. RUN TO USE THESE GUYS. Thanks Audio Communications.

These guys are awesome !!. I bought and had installed a Kenwood KDC-BT948HD unit. The unit was perfect and they showed me how to use it. My wife did'nt like it she told me to go back and upgrade it.There was no problems and I was given full credit for this unit.

I purched a Kenwood DNX-6180 and had it installed, now my wife is happy and so am I.

I also had a remote starter installed. IT'S GREAT !

These guys will do anything to take care of there customers. They have been in business for 30 years, you can't do that by screwing people, word gets around fast.

Don't Waste Your Time and Money!!!!. Horrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled and they claimed that I never called and then they refused to service my vehicle at that time. I called back to get in touch with Chuck and it took many phone calls back and forth with his undereducated staff. Weeks later I received a response. Shortly after the Compustar remote start/alarm installation I had wiring issues that have been estimated by a Ford dealer at $1100. The installation times take way longer then they tell you. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!!! I am back to using my factory Ford keyless entry.
