BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! My husband and I visited the Monroeville Dodge dealership 10-18-12. We were attempting to purchase a Dodge Durango RT. We were initially working with a salesperson who was not aware of any of the policies regarding purchasing, leasing etc. So, we asked for a manger. The manager came out, and we discussed the price of the car. Initially, they had "ran" my husband's social security numbers about 45 minutes prior to the price discussion. We negotiated a price and they shook our hand (the price was $560-with $560 down). They announced that my husband and I had purchased a new Dodge Durango and were new owners of the truck over the intercom system. They started cleaning the my husband's car-along with my "our new car" I has to go and get my checkbook, and, within that 15-20 minute time period, they brought us in the room and reported that they were "having problems" and could no longer honer the price. The manager reported that it was his mistake and they "promised" that they would locate a 2013 Dodge Durango for the same price they quoted for the Dodge Durango 2012. I told them that this was very poor business practices. They reported that it was a mistake and they would "fix" it by tomorrow-both the finance manager and dealership manager reported that "you have our word" However, not to my surprise, no call back and when my husband went to the dealership they the manager said sorry and quoted a now ballooned price of 685. When we asked why they did not call ...the manager reported they were busy, but he thought someone called. This issue is related to the practices of the business and deceptive tactics--not the price of the car. The manager was dishonest and they failed to honor their agreement twice.
LET THE BUYER BEWARE. Reciently bought a new Dodge Advenger, I was lead to believe I was getting a special factory rebate, of $2500. & O% financing. "LET THE BUYER BEWARE'...No such agreement exist..Don't waist your time negotiating . You will find out that what is printed is just an allusion.

Dealership Service Ripoff. The service department overcharged me $256 for a 4-wheel alignment. I faxed them a letter requesting an explanation but they never responded.
