If you acknowlege teller behavior as rude, they will 'show you what rude is!. I had a horrible privledge of talking with Diane Fusco. When she told me I had to go to my local branch to solve my problem. I told her thank you that is what I was told by customer service. She said 'so why did you want to talk to me to voice your opinion?' When I told her to please not be so rude. She started yelling at me to show me what 'rude is!' She then followed me to the door, yelling at me and patronizing me, calling me a princess. Ask for someone else if you have the bad luck of working with her
