Best Doctor & Team there is!!. When I began looking for a plastic surgeon, I was very nervous! However, after meeting with Dr. Barber and his team, I continued to search and do my "Homework" after meeting with several more Doctors in the Pittsburgh area. After all was said and done, I chose Dr. Barber and SO VERY GLAD THAT I DID!!! He truly is the BEST. I had my surgery almost six months ago now, and EVERYTHING they told me was EXACTLY what happened in the EXACT order they explained it! I finally feel like myself again, thanks to Dr. Barber and his staff. When you walk in that office, its like going back in time! They genuinely care about people like people used to in the old days!! Dont hesitate to call and make an appointment, I promise its worth your time!…

Beyond my Expectations!!!!. Dr. Barber and his staff is bar none the best in town. Once he introduces himself to you and his staff, you know that they are going to take very good care of you. I personally hate going to doctors, and even more hate surgery. With Dr. Barber's excellent bedside manner, I became instantly at ease and knew that I was going to get the best care.

It has been about 4 years since I had my surgery, and even now if I had a question or concern with my operation, Dr. Barber and his staff would & have welcomed me back so that all of my questions are answered and I am at ease.

I could not imagine going with anyone else.…

GREAT SKILLED & CARING DR- WITH A GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF. Making the decision on a Dr. or proceedure is never easy. But only shortly after you enter Dr. Barber's Office- do you begin to know that this is where you are meant to go. The friendly, warm & knowledgable office staff wil put you at ease... to you meet... Dr. B (as myself & my family call him).

His bedside manner is only trumped by his skill as a Dr. He is upfront, honest & personable. Myself, My husband, several members of my extened family & friends have had proceedures by him... some elective- some reconstructive & we all agree on Dr. B!!…

Simply ecstatic. I want to start by saying that I was referred by a few of my friends (2 of these friends are nurses at Sewickley and Allegheny). I always took care of myself...trying to eat well and exercise...was in pretty good shape. After 2 babies...and 2 c-sections, I could only get my body to go so far with just exercise. Big huge bummer to work so hard and still not be where you want. Never EVER thought about surgery. Never EVER thought I could pay for it. When I started asking around and talking about it; it surprised me that people were actually doing this...and affording it thru financing. My husband was totally supportive. He knows how hard I work and how lousy my self esteem had become. I really believe it was hurting our relationship. After 2 years of complaining, I finally did it! A tummy tuck (bye bye prego pouch) and breast implants (which I have wanted for....10 YEARS!!). Wow....I just can't believe how I feel now. I feel like me again...maybe even a little bit better. I stand taller...hold my head higher. I can't thank Dr. Barber enough for giving me my body back. I love his bedside manner, his compassion, his humor. My results are not good or ok, THEY ARE EXCELLENT! If you are thinking about cosmetic surgery, give Dr. Barber a call.
