A cut and color that approach perfection

This was my first appointment with Gary, the owner of the Design Group. He was recommended highly and I waited one week to get an appointment with him.

I described the cut and color I wanted. He listened carefully and proceeded to give me the exact cut and color I asked for. He took time and care with everything he did. He was fun to talk to. He did his own wash which was a pleasure. This man has such talent. I would recommend him without question to anyone who is interested in quality service and great skill with hair.

Unprofessional service

I purchased a massage at this salon. The massage therapist started my appointment 15 minutes after it was supposed to begin (and what I had paid for). He talked about personal things (that should be discussed with a significant other and left in the bedroom) the entire time and asked me personal questions that a total stranger should not be asking someone. I was extremely uncomfortable and could not relax at all.

my family has been going to the design group for over 20 years. from my wife & me, to my kids, we have always had great styles & service. friendly, fun, & professional we recommend it for all of your salon needs!

• Pros: lots of experience, my wife loves her hair color! they listen first, then suggest
• Cons: sometimes hard to get into your favorite person
