Unfortunately the experience at this store was beyond unacceptable. And as I found with a bit of research in neighboring stores the treatment I received was not a surprise. I purchased some shoes for my mother on Christmas eve and specifically asked for their return policy. I was told that I had 14 days after Christmas to return for a full refund. I returned on January 4th and the woman (later found out she is the owner) was behind the counter was kind asking me where I lived but then handed me a store credit. I quickly told her I wanted a refund as I had been told at the time of purchase. I tried to purchase a different item but they were out of the shoe size needed (for at least 6 different types). She still flatly refused and decided upon a staring contest. With all the stores I have visited throughout this country she truly was the most rude and insensitive person I have encountered. I was later told by others that she is very kind when you buy but the story changes if something does not work out. Obviously very true. Sadly she should learn that we may be forced to go back in to use the credit but we'll never return.
