Best kept secret for all of your jewelry needs. There is good reason why Eddie and Diane Marx have been in business for so many years. They are wonderful people who know how to make their customers happy. I needed a piece of jewelry reinvented and Eddie used his creativity to make me so happy that I cried when I saw what he had come up with. The quality of his workmanship and the warmth you feel when you talk to this amazing couple will keep you coming back to their quaint, personal store.
Great Place to buy Jewelery.
I have purchased quite a bit of jewelery at this store and Ed and Diane are great for recommending the correct style and design of jewelery for my family.
They even do custom work that is excellent.
I highly recommend shopping at their store.
What a Shop.
Eddie and Diane are the best at making you feel quite at home. Stopped in tonight last minute just to get my watchband shortened and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Hurry in to see the beautiful nativity set they have on display. Simply gorgeous! Thank you for keeping Christ in Christmas!

They put the "Customer" back in Customer Service. Please note that I stated "The Customer is the most important part of EM Jeweler's day"......that is also meant to imply that the "Sale" is secondary. It is most obvious that EM Jeweler's primary goal is to make their customers happy and to have a pleasant experience during their visit to this establishment which offers traditional as well as extremely unique pieces for purchase, which pleased me as I was in search of something that wasn't available everywhere else. Both owners (a husband and wife team) strive to ensure that you have seen exactly what you wish to see and they don't try to "sell" you anything. Their desire is to have the customer purchase what they want, whether it be for themselves or as a gift for someone. You owe it to yourself to visit EM Jewelers and discover what a true jewelry buying experience is meant to be.
"Element of Surprise". This precious little jewelry store on a side street in downtown Sewickley certainly has the "Element of Surprise" going for it. You'll have to go in person to know exactly what I'm talking about, but once you do, you WILL be glad you did. The personal, friendly service that the husband and wife team provides is unheard of in this day and age. There is a great selection in this small neighborhood setting, and they can easily order things for you that you are specifically looking for. One of my favorite parts about these jewelers is their attention to detail. I really appreciated how Mrs Marx speedily replaced my watch battery for me while I was getting some classic advice from Mr Marx, and how both of them were were performing these services out of the goodness of their hearts, I was not charged for either, but I certainly owe it to them to at least spread by word-of-mouth their virtues...not to mention my devoted business for all my jewelry needs in the future!
A special kind of jewelry store..... EM Jewelers is a special place, due to the special owners of the store, Eddie and Diane. It is more than a lovely jewelry store. It is a personal experience each and every time you visit. Whether you're getting your wedding rings cleaned or purchasing an item, Eddie and Diane, take a vested interest in their customers lives. You always walk out with your jewelry needs met and feeling great about life and the people in it. How many owners of a retail store take the time to leave a message on a customer's voicemail that they're thinking of them during a challenging time or expressing sympathy over the death of a family member by donating a book in your loved one's name to the public library? Talk about special.............EM Jewelers defines it!
Personalized, professional family owned jewelery shoppe. One time in this jewelery store and you won't want to go anywhere else. The husband/wife team that run the store remember customers by name, and know how to show you what you are looking for. Often times we just stop by to visit or to hear some of Eddie's jokes. He is also great at giving advise to teens! When you walk into the shop, you are told to do so with your rings out front so that they can clean them for you while you visit. Eddie likes cookies; especially round ones! Stop by and visit when in Sewickley.
