Very professional and skilled. Wow! Your never sure what to expect when you try out a new company. My York furnace stopped working overnight last night, and the guy that I have been using for service for the last 5 years or so went out of business. I did a google search for York and went on the main York website. Gillece was the first one listed so I called around 6:30 this morning. They were very professional taking the call and promised a morning appointment. The service tech arrived around 8:30 and gave me the bad news - 20 yr old furnace should be replaced. I agreed - I already knew it was time but was hoping to make it till next year. I signed for a new 98% efficient furnace this morning and here it is 5 PM and they just finished. The installers were very professional and skilled and I have heat again. As soon as they left, I got a follow up call from the office to make sure that they had done a good job. What a quality company. I am pleasantly surprised and I now have a good company that I know I can count on.

Courteous and knowledgeable. Gillece is great. We discovered water damage on our ceiling on Friday night. I called and they sent someone over the next day - Saturday. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. He pulled the upstairs toilet, fixed the wax seal and then offered to cut a small hole in our ceiling so we could see the extent of the damage. It ended up being no big deal. I was so relieved. He was even super nice to the kids who were thrilled to see him in action. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Same day service. Same day service on water heater My water heater broke last Wednesday morning leaking all over the basement. I called Home Depot and paid by credit card for their guaranteed same day service.

Exceptional job. Had Gillece out to our home in the South Hills last week. The guys did an exceptional job. They were surprisingly neat and pleasant. It's a blessing to have our bathrooms running smooth again. Worth every penny!!

3 day weekend. I called Gillece on a Friday evening before a 3 day weekend. They promptly and courteously answered the phone. I asked if they serviced the Greensburg area and they said yes, they consider all of Western Pennsylvania their service area and would be able to come out to help me that evening. Two plumbers arrived and promptly fixed my break in the lines. They had good attitudes and worked quickly. Gillece came out on an 'emergency' basis that Friday evening and knowing my family would be without running water for the next three days, they could have asked a higher than normal price and I would have had no choice but to pay it. Instead they did not overcharge me or try to put any last minute hidden fees into the bill. I have found an honest plumber and will be recommending them to my friends. I will not hesitate to call them again should I need their assistance.

Good service. Great experience with this company. Good service and reasonable. Called Gillece last Friday to come check our air conditioner. We tried to start our central air for the first time this year and it didn't work. Glad we got this done early, now we are good for the year!

We had an emergency. We had an emergency with a major backup in our basement this morning. Gillece was here in less than an hour and snaked out the drain. They also cleaned up afterward, taking longer to clean up than it did to snake the drain. They did a great job and I would recommend them as a great value fore the money

Great experience. My husband called Gillece to our home after the New Year when out hot water tank stopped working. The plumbers they sent were very professional and clean, and knew what they were doing, very efficient. I really thought it was going to be a painful. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

Honestly, I was impressed and awed by the service that I rec. Honestly, I was impressed and awed by the service that I received from Gillece this week.  When I arranged my appointment, the operator was informative, kind and professional.  Today, I was contacted by a cheerful operator to let me know that my plumber was coming---on the scheduled day and in the window of time provided.  The plumber was professional, helpful, kind and just did a great job.  He didn't pressure me, try to up-sale me, trick me, use fancy words with me, etc. -----he just did a GREAT job.  I will use Gillece in the future and tell everyone about my great experience.  Thank you for your help and to everyone on the team who made my entire experience so wonderful.
