Delicious food - Bad Service. In lieu of the reputation that was communicated to me, once we tasted the food - I had to book Phaturos A1 to cater my wedding in 1998. As expected - the food was unbelievably delicious, but unfortunately, the customer service was unbelievably bad. (Rude servers, and bad handling of the clean-up.) Luckily, I intervened in time so most of my guests didn't notice anything other than the food was very good. A few weeks ago, I'd decided to check into ordering some food for a party - I thought that if I didn't need to rely on their servers - I would be ok. Well, I called to place an order...3 TIMES - with NO RETURN CALL! They have not only lost my business, but I will be sure to perpetuate their reputation and spread the word that their customer-focus has not improved....
