GREAT DOCTOR AND POLITE STAFF.
DR. RUBERG IS VERY PATIENT AND DOES NOT RUSH YOUR TIME WITH HER.SHE LISTENS AND ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS .
HER STAFF IS LIKE FAMILY.THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE FAMILY.
MY HUSBAND RECENTLY PASSED AWAY, AND HE COULD BE VERY TRYING AT TIMES. THEY ALL HAD THE PATIENCE OF SAINTS AND WERE VERY COMFORTING WHEN HE PASSED.

Good Office.
I transferred my business to Dr. Ruberg because this office has always been there when an emergency arose.
They are busy, but usually friendly, not like my previous Doctor's staff. My Wife and neighbors also like this office.
The Doctor does care.....

Hooray for Incompetence!. If you like repeated visits and an extremely rude staff, this is the M.D. for you! I had a minor infection that this incompetent office turned into a three week ordeal. I went in the first time and gave two samples. Three days later I called to find out what the results of the tests were, since they should have called me after two days, only to find out that they threw the samples away without testing them! Then they wanted me to come in again, so I did. I don't want to belabor this too much, but let me just say that Pat, the one who answers the phone, is extremely rude and insensitive (I guess she doesn't know that she's supposed to be helping sick people!), and Kim, the lab tech, likes to throw away samples without testing them. Maybe it's an insurance fraud scheme to get you to come in as many times as possible. Two prescriptions, three visits, three weeks and several phone calls later, I am now MORE SICK than I was when I first went to this disaster of an office. Stay away, unless you're into wasting money and time!
