The Scene
Both locations are always busy, with families out for a good-value meal. There are often sizable waits, especially at peak hours on weekends.
The Food
Pasta dishes and salads are huge, and the order of lasagna is about the size of a briefcase. It's well-prepared and service, once you get seated, is amazingly good for the turnover.
Worth Mentioning
Management simply believes that people should get what they pay for, and they strive to live out their beliefs. I only wish I had the concession for the doggie bags that go flying out.

i go to Armstongs often...It is actually my favorite restaurant in the area. BUT , their fish is awful I just found out tonight. I always get the Caprice salad with chicken. It is big enough for 2 people and WONDERFUL. Just never order shrimp instead of fish for you meal.... I went hungry tonight.

Aramstrong's is one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is quality and you get what you pay for. It is very much a family atmosphere. The menu selection is great. Sometimes the wait can be tough but what do you expect if you go on a weekend night right at dinner time. It is much better now that it is remodeled. Armstrongs will continue to get my patronage and my recommendation for people looking for a great, fairly inexpensive place to eat.

Purports to be Italian food, but fails miserably. On the upshot, you get a mountain of food, so the fatties will just adore this place. The "homemade" sauce is worse than what comes out of a jar--it's like they took some Prego and added a pound of salt. The iced tea I ordered tastes like it was made with water that was collected from a puddle in the parking lot. I just don't understand why this place is busy so much. The only appeal I can see is that this is just a dressed-up Eat 'n' Park. This is where you go to celebrate after you earn that associates degree from the local community college. NOTE: I saw TWO men wearing white cowboy boots in this establishment. I don't know what it means but it can't be good.
