I use to really like this restaurant but I have no clue what's going on with this place but the service has gone to the dumps! The last 4-5 times we were there, the service was astonishingly bad - all the way up to management. We've had to send back items from every meal we've had here, we're about ready to give up on the place. Its a shame, it use to be fairly good, especially for breakfast. Our last experience here was sooooo bad, that I started looking around to see if we were on a hidden camera show, cause I couldn't believe the level of incompetence and horrible food we received. We had a table of 6, no one ordered anything that would take a long time (simple stuff like french toast, pancakes, eggs, kids meals). The restaurant was not crowded at all. We waited over an HOUR before any food started coning out! I ask the waiter who kept telling me it should be ready soon, then he started bringing out piece by piece, not the meal as a whole. The french toast was still MIA. Then I noticed a couple who came in easily half hour to 45 minutes after us, getting their french toast! It was astonishing. Then when I finally got my french toast, and hour and a half later, it was COLD! The manager did finally take care of our bill and said it was some miscommunication in the kitchen and the waiter was new, but he had 2 other wait staff helping him, so not sure how that excuse jives. We haven't been back since this hideous debacle.
