Sullivan does great work !!

I scheduled my yearly furnace inspection on September 14, and the technician, Rory, was super courteous, very patient and helpful with all of my questions :-) He worked quickly, yet did a very thorough inspection.

I've had Sullivan servicing my furnace for 10+ years, and am always very satisfied with their service. Their emergency service can't be beat -- One day a few winters ago, my furnace just stopped heating, I called Sullivan, they came out the same day, and corrected the problem. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I just bought this house and wanted to make sure the

furnace checks out before winter. I responded to an

early bird post card I received and was pleased with the results. The lady who made my appointment was pleasant and a date and time that met my needs was quickly arranged.

The tech arrived on time and went right to work. What I appreciated most was when he spotted an issue he just pointed it out to me but didn't try to scare or pressure me into anything. I did follow his suggestion

however and expect this winter to be problem free.

Best in Service

We have tries the rest and Sullivan is the best! If you live in PA you know there is going to be a cold winter day when your furnace stops, if you call someone else you may have to wait as much as a day!!! Not my guys! Sullivan has the friendliest and most knowledgeable workers and best of all - join the club and they are at your house asap and if they say 830am, they mean 830am! Worth every penny and the do it right the first time ;) We love our furnace and hot water tank! If Marcus comes out you even get a history lesson in European plumbing - God bless the Queen and those old pipes, if he can work with those, you know he can fix yours!!!!!!

Excellent Service

I have been a customer for several years and have requested both heating and hot water tank repair services.

In both instances I have received prompt, courteous and efficient repair call by Marcus. He is knowledgeable, personable and willing to offer repair choices so that I have control of my repair experience.

He reviewed the work to be done, then explained the repairs required and the cost for these services. I felt the charges were fair and the work was completed in an efficient manner.

I am delighted also when I call for service that I am told when to expect the repairman to arrive and they actually come on time and prepared to complete the work with all tools and equipment needed.

I will continue to call Sullivan anytime need arises.

We have been customers of Sullivan Super Service for about 2 years. After our former independent furnace repairman retired, we learned about Sullivan through a promotional offer of a free installed rainbarrel. After the rainbarrel was installed, we signed up as Preferred Customer-Care Partners. For a reasonable monthly fee, we enjoy no service call charges during normal business hours, discounts on certain services, priority scheduling of service calls, annual furnace and AC inspections and tune-ups, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have had to replace both the furnace and AC, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the equipment and work performed. In the case of the furnace (which of course failed during the coldest days of the winter), the original equpment took much longer to remove than the technicians anticipated, but they stayed long past the estimated time of completion to finish the job, without any complaint or irritation. Sullivan even calls us to schedule our yearly inspections, so I don't have to remember to call them. All of the Sullivan employees whom we have had contact with are friendly, professional, and courteous. Donna, who answers the phone and schedules service calls, gives me a 4-hour time window for an appointment time, calls on the day of the appointment to confirm, and then calls again when the technicians have completed the previous job and are en route to my house. When the technicians arrive, they always put booties on over their shoes before they come into the house to protect the floors and carpeting. They clean up thoroughly after the work is completed. I get a thorough explanation of the inspection results and all work that has been performed, and I frequently receive coupons for discounts on future service. Yes, Sullivan's fees probably are more expensive than what some other companies charge, but in my opinion, the quality of the work and prompt, attentive service are worth it.
