LOVE IT!!!!!!!!. let me just say I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! i don't know what the other lady was talking about but i have NEVER experienced anything negative at all from the management of this store. as a mom of 5 i am there A LOT. i tell everybody i know about this place. i have saved loads of money on cleats, baseball pants, shoes, and sometimes i even find a shirt here and there for me! i will come home and count out the price on the tag add it up and look at all i got for only like $5!!!! yea...thats right, $5! i love the lady who runs it. very kind and is a mom herself and understands everybody likes a good deal. the clothes are always clean and smell fresh. I LOVE YOU, "THE HAS BIN" LADY!!! <3

Dear brookie957. Brookie957, I am sincerely sorry that you had a rude experience. Please be assured that April 7th was THE ONLY DAY in 9 years that I was not able to be there personally in the store due to health reasons. I am going to talk to the girls who were there filling in for me. They have never run the store before, and I thought that having the store open in my absence was better than having it closed for the duration of my circumstances. I guess I was wrong, and you are right. Word of mouth is very important to bring in new customers, but our years of building a fabulous consignor base and years of award winning service must be acknowledged. Whom you spoke to was NOT management, just someone helping me out when ill. I think you would agree that you have never before been treated horribly by me (the owner), and I am begging you to cut this girl a break on this one isolated occasion. If you would like to stop in on Saturday or Sunday throughout April, I would like to apologize to you in person and give you a generous store credit to help your anger. Again, I am sorry, but please do not slander me (management) when I was not the one with whom you spoke with.

Rudest Managment Imaginable. There aren't words to describe how unappreciative and rude the management are at this store. I have frequently purchased items here before, and given that word of mouth and my business as well as the business of other mothers is what keeps this shop afloat, you would think they would not treat us horribly.

Driving my daughter to the park for a playdate, I passed the Has Bin and saw a really nice slide set out front. I picked up my cell phone and called the shop to inquire about the price. I was told that she wasn't going to tell me, that I had to stop and look myself. When I stated that I didn't have time to stop this second, she told me I had to stop on my way back. I said "oh well I thought you'dbe able to check the price for me." She said "Absolutely not, too bad." and hung up on me.

Not worth spending your money here.

Love it for the large items!. I really love The Has Bin for toys. I have found a variety of large items such as the Jumperoo and many activity center toys for a quarter of the price you would pay at a dept. store. They are all in great shape and clean. And if you are worried about buying second hand, all you have to do is clean them again with Lysol. Also, the owner of the store is so helpful. I highly recommend checking it out!
