Once a good office. It's now a skeleton of what used to be a nice place. I'd been going to here for the past 10 years and aside from the former owner, there's not much left to give praise to. The staff is rude, the head doctor there isn't any better. I don't know what happened to all the nice people that used to be there, but I'm taking it as a reflection of it being a not-so-happy environment. There's many better choices in the north hills/cranberry area.

Everyone is fantastic here. they truly are. I've been bringing my dogs here for about 3 years now. I've always gotten in on the same day if I needed it, and my pets get treated better by the staff than I treat them sometimes. loL. I know alot of the staff by name, Dr Krewotch and Dr. Donna are the best, Lisa has been there forever, she will get you in the same day or answer any question I've asked her, Wendy, Melody and Heather have been the assistants that I know the most. I have been lucky, my dogs have not been that sick but I know that if that should happen, they will get the best care that you could find. 5 out of 5 stars!

Such caring people. This is a very hard thing for me to write, but I must tell you how wonderful they were to me. Me beloved 16 year old cat was at the end of her life. Not sick but it was time, as I had seen her decline over the past several days. One night I decided i could not do this to the both of us, and I called Dr. Krewatch. Thru my tears, the receptionist, who I'm so sorry but I am not sure of her name (leslie, Lucy, Liz, I'm sorry) was a blessing. She told me to come right over and they fit me in. Dr. Graham put my best friend to sleep, and let me stay in the room and talk to her thru her journey. I was a hysterical mess. There was another girl in the room, I'm sorry again (Melissa?) who was so sweet. About a week later, I recevied the most beautiful card HAND SIGNED by everyone in the office. I know that I may not be like everyone out there, and pay anything for my cat, but I did and still would. Pets are your family members, please treat them as such. GO to Bradford Hills Veterinary Hospital.

Frustrating and Costly Experience. This is about the worst place to take your pet if you

1. Care about your pet

2. Care about your money

I've spent over $500 dollars there this past week and both of my experiences were horrible.

1st Experiece: Took my cat in as he was not eating and extremely dehydrated. An inexperienced Vet was assigned to me. She want'd to run $378 dollars worth of tests and even then we still wouldn't know what was going on. I have an older cat so I don't want to spend thousands of dollars (what we later found out what it would cost after seeing a real Vet practice) just to diagnose. I asked repeatedly, you have seen animals before what could it be? She just stared at me with a blank look on her face. You have to be kidding me. The reason being is because they have to run multiple tests first before even having a clue of what the issue is. They make a lot of money at this vet and I see why. It's incredibly frustrating when you have a dying cat on your hands and all they care about is money.

Second experience the same week. I took my dog in after eating some raisins and specifically told the Vet that I want to test her kidney function to see if it is ok. Anyone with an internet connection can look up the side effects for raisins and dogs. This is the number one thing to look for. It was 72 hours after she ate the raisins so I wanted to know if their were any ill affects on her kidneys. I asked him you have a test that will show the kidney function right? Vet, "Yes". Ok we agreed to run the test. When I go to check out my bill is $180+ dollars. Unbelievable. I said the office visit is $50 and the test is $99 why is it $180+??? "Well the dr also ran the blood count too." Wow, that's not what I wanted nor what I asked him to do. So I told the receptionist you really have a money making practice here and she kind of smirked then went to print my bill. I told my wife about this who is a nurse and she immediately called and argued with the Vet stating that the only thing we were requesting was if the kidneys are functioning properly. He began to lie and tell her that the other test would show that as well then my wife caught him and said that can only detect infection and not toxicity. Basically it went on and on and the Vet stated, "I guess we'll have to agree to disagree."

Unbelievable. I constanstly get overcharged with this vet and wanted to share my experience with you on the quality of Vets they have their and their money hungry attitude. I am no longer taking my pet there ever again. I can't stand these type of practices. We had our dog scheduled to go there next week for there in house kennel but we are switching it. I no longer want to contribute any more money to this god awful practice.

By the way we took our cat to an animal hostipal and the care there was superb and very informative. They instantly could talk to us about our options with our cat who has since past. I loved that little guy.

Please do not support Bradford Hills Vet in Wexford. Scam Artists.

The best kennel in PA. I work at the Pet Hotel as well. We all absolutley love animals and are trained to handle anything. There is a veterinary office next door which is something that makes me feel comfortable knowing that they are as safe as possible. My manager goes above and beyond with keeping things clean and making sure every dog and cat is happy and safe. At any time you could walk through a kennel (with a staff member because some dogs are very agressive and we don't want anyone to get hurt) and see for yourselves. These dogs mean the world to me and I love them all as just as much as my own dog.

Best Vets for your Pets in the North Hills Area!. These are the professionals in the area. I have taken my dogs to other vets but have come back to Bradfordhills for their professionalism, knowledgable staff and cleanly atmosphere. However, they are more expensive then other vets. Personally, for basic check up and shots you can save a buck going elsewhere but if your pet has any sort of health issue, you gotta go to Bradfordhills for a competent diagnosis and treatment. I also like that they have a number of vets on staff and that I can count on all their input for my pets treatment. I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years and have seen them grow from a very small clinic with one vet in an old house to their now ultra-modern, new facility with kennels, multiple examination rooms and large staff.

The best care for your pet!. Most kennels wouldn't accept our dog because they were terrified of him, though he is only fifteen pounds, he is a fear biter and is muzzled wherever he goes. Not only did Bradford Hills Pet Hotel accept him, but by the time we came to pick him up one of the girls that work there was carrying him in her arms and he was giving her kisses. We were able to experience firsthand just how much everyone there loves the animals they are taking care of. They could have just left him alone to be crabby in his kennel, instead they took the time to win over our surly little puppy. Bradford Hills Pet Hotel is the best home away from home your pet could ask for.

best place you can bring your pet. i would strongly recommend bring your pet there. i work there and i know every one cares for you pet and would do any thing. for them. i have been in the back where the pet owners do not go and it is the most healthest place you can take your pet to stay. and the funest place can go when you are away. it is like they are on vacation just like you. i would strongly recommend Bradfordhills Pet Hotel to any one who is going away and needs to take their pet some where safe and some where their going to have fun.

Uncaring staff. I'm sorry to say that I found the staff, in particular the front desk staff, to be uncaring and unsympathetic. When Dr. Daniel (who was great) recommended x-rays for my cat, I made an appt. for 3:40. I arrived at 3:47. It took the unorganized front desk staff several minutes to find our records, then I was told that the Dr. (McGregor, I think) was "getting ready to leave" because it was "almost 4:00."

I could not believe that these people would turn away a sick animal like that, but it's exactly what they did. I will never return there and I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend them.
