Valentine arrangement looked like Funeral Basket. I received a Valentine/Anniversary arrangement that looked like a funeral basket. The basket was arranged one sided meaning the entire back of the arrangement was flat, all greenery with no flowers . This automatically screams "funeral"he . The flowers were not romanitc nor did they speak "love" in any way, absolutely not designed for the occasion. A dozen yellow roses (my favorite color of rose) but surrounded by ferns that were spray painted a tacky gold spray paint (I think this is their signature fill-in), then added 3 white curly feathers, a huge gold bow and the best was the praying angel in the center. I immediately called the shop to complain and simply asked if I could bring them back in to be rearranged in a vase. The woman answering put the owner on who instantly went off on me when she heard me complaint. She did not want to listen to a word I said and basically screamed at me insisting the flowers did not look like a funeral arrangement. She did not offer or agree to fix the problem at all. She hung up with me and called my fiance out of state who sent the flowers which was totally uncalled for as I had not spoken to him yet myself. Also, contrary to what the store help said the flowers were not new. They were delivered to me on Feb 12th and most of them dead by the 15th while the 2nd bouquet my fiance sent from a different florist in the same town are still looking beautiful....all 12 of them!

Very Satisfied with Engle Florist. We ordered flowers from out of state. We were very pleased with the basket that was sent for a funeral in the Pittsburgh area. The flowers were beautiful and we felt we got more than expected. We highly recomend Engle Florist. Very satisfied
