did a great job re-keying the locks on my house and side gate. and yes, I really do mean great. In the past, other locksmiths have left my door handles an oily mess, and the newly ground keys have worked, but fit roughly in the locks. Not so with Alex's work; it was definitely much higher quality. He was professional and friendly, and as mentioned in other reviews, provided some tips about the brand of locks my house has. Overall, I was very pleased with Acme.

I shut my patio door very hard and hit the lock very hard that it broke, but the door will not open and was lock. I call this team to come out and unlock it for me. They did a very nice job. They came and got it open and change the lock. Great qualities.

My English Bulldog and I went for a walk outside and it was pretty hot so we didn't stay out too long. When we got back I realized I didn't have my keys with me! I was kind of worried because Bulldogs over heat easily and my big guy was panting pretty hard. I called this locksmith service and they sent out a tech who arrived in no time and Winston was able to get some water and a nice air conditioned nap! He even showed the tech some gratitude :)

My mother in law lives around the corner and loves having my wife and myself do everything for her. So of course when SHE lost the keys to her safe, it was our job to either a)find them or b)find a reliable locksmith. I had heard good things about this company and thought Id give them a chance. I was really hoping they would be quick-the less time I have to spend listening to her complain the better-but I had no idea they would be THAT fast. They even made a new key for us so I won't have to deal with it againThanks guys keep up the fast work...
