Great customer service and very knowledgeable.. This was my first time in thier store. They had everything I needed for my son's guitar(electronic tuner, picks, beginner book and scheduled me lessons at thier store) at very reasonable prices, I thought. I was really impressed with the time they took to answer all my questions, some questions had nothing to do with what I needed to purchase. They were also very friendly. I can't wait for my son to start lessons and I won't hesitate to go back to the store for anything that I might need in the future.
