The sales people are knowledgable; I have dealt with this store several times and have always been very happy with the service, selection, and (free!) delivery. I have recommended GoodHouseKeeping to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Always friendly sales people. I've received multiple items from GHKA and have been pleased. The staff has always been courteous. Damien -- was this a typical visit for you? Who did you talk to? I know many of the people there and would like to pass your story along to the owner.

Anyways, GHKA has always been a local haven for appliances and mattresses. The delivery is prompt, installed well, and everyone there was very supportive.

Never Again !. Bought an Air conditioner from them. Got home and it had two right side louvers instead of one left and one right. Went back to the store they had no idea what the part was. They had 6 of these Black and Decker Air conditioners. 3 had all left side louvers. Took a long time to get them to let me trade out the parts. No one there is knowledgeable of the products they sale, Used the Air conditioner which cost me $400.00. A total of 5 months. Put in the window this May and it is blowing hot air. I called GoodHousekeeping and was told I would get a call back, which never happened. When I did talk to someone they told me I was pretty much screwed and gave me a number to call. GoodHousekeeping does not stand behind their products. Next Time I'll go to Sams Club they have an automatic 3 year warranty.

Impressed!. Went to the store the other day, and LOVED the service and quality of the items. Most stores carry junk items, but the TV I bought there has been amazing. I also bought my foam mattress there, which is fantastic. Love the store, love the people, love the products. This store embodies why I love family owned businesses!

Fantastic Service! Honest business from honest people. My washer broke about a week back and I spend the ENTIRE next day looking for a new one. I arrived at Good Housekeeping looking for a good selection at a reasonable price and was thrilled to see a great selection with free shipping! They were able to deliver the washer next day (they told me they deliver Tuesday-Saturday), and the delivery was quick and the delivery men were pleasant and extremely helpful. I was a bit nervous getting about getting a "high tech" front load washer, but they were able to explain it to me in a way that was polite and helpful. Overall my experience was fantastic, and I will continue to shop there. If you're in the area, I'd said this is the best shop around.
