Incredible workmanship and customer service!. Kress Brothers completed the remodel to my parents home a couple of months ago. WOW! They made the addition and remodel look like it was always part of their home. The workmanship and customer service was impeccable!

The coordination with the subcontractors, suppliers, and their own workers was seamless!

I would highly recommend Kress Brothers for any remodeling, building, or insurance restoration needs!

Amazing Contractor!!!!. When my home was flooded, I was completely devestated. They put everything back to better than it was before. I am extremely satisfied and so happy that I live so close to such a reliable contractor. Thank you Kress Brothers Builders!!!

Thank you. I wanted to post a review for Kress Brothers Builders b/c I feel that people need to know how deeply they affected my life.

The water supply line to my toilet burst while my husband and I were out of town. Upon our arrival from a nice relaxing family vacation we discovered a large amount of water damage to all 3 floors of our newly built home.

We immediately called our insurance company and they referred us to Kress Brothers Builders. Kress Brothers Builders immediately called us to let us know that an emergency crew would be dispatched and to our home asap.

Their crew arrived and immediately took action in cleaning up the water and preforming temporary repairs. We are extremely happy with their service and performance thus far.

not happy. My insurance company called the Kress Brothers to perform an inspection for hail damage on my roof. They called me to set up a time and I told them I wanted to be here when they came. Tony agreed that he would call before he arrived. Sounds good right?

The next time I hear from Tony he calls to let me know that there was no damage. I asked why he didn't call and he said a coworker was in the area and did the inspection so he didn't have to "drive all the way out himself". I found a card from his coworker, Nick, in my screen door. NO DAMAGE? All of my neighbors have damage.

I called my insurance company to tell them what happened with Kress and that I was unhappy that they did not call. They allowed me to ask another contractor out (called first) and he said Yes DAMAGE. The insurance company then hired a third inspector to come out(called first). He FOUND DAMAGE.

I received a check in the mail for my obviously hail damaged roof yesterday no thanks to Kress Brothers. I, along with everybody on my street, will be receiving a new roof because of obvious hail damage...no thanks to Kress Brothers. I would almost bet that a teenager was paid to discreetly leave a business card in my screen door and drive away...do not use Kress Brothers!

Worst Builders. I do not recommend. We had countless phone calls not returned, appointments where no one showed up. They left an incredible mess, caused extra damage and refused to make amends.

A++ Contractor. I recommend Kress Brother Builders as I feel they are:

* Reliable

* Punctual

* Professional

* Provide Quality Work & are Cost Efficient.

Kress Brother Builders stepped in for another contractor when the other contractor failed to keep a scheduled appointment. They show up on time every day. That's big for a contractor! Kress provided professional quality work which I am proud to show to my friends and family.

Finally, Kress was willing to solve a major problem I was having with my front storm door. Home Depot advised that I would need to order a particular storm door as "custom" due to the size of the my front door opening and low overhang. Kress advised that they would be willing to install the standard storm door by just cutting it to size. This saved me about $175.

I really appreciated their wiliness to look outside the box to solve a problem and yet still produced quality workmanship.

Made my dream come true!. It was my dream to buy an existing dog boarding "kennel" and turn it into a PET RESORT! Without the help and expertise of Brad Kress and his whole crew, my dream never would have come true. From start to finish, I never worried about the place being done on time (so I could open in time for the holidays)! Every employee was conscientious and truly cared about what my needs were. All of my customers comment on how beautiful the building is, and the dogs love the heated floors. Kress Brothers even sent their best trim carpenters to build a 120 square foot cat house for me!

I highly recommend using Kress Brothers if you are a stickler for detail!

Fast and excellent!!!!!. Kress Brothers Builders put my life back in order....they worked through the evening and through the weekend!!!! They helped me so much with everything...they even went to the store with me to help pick out faucetts for my bathroom that had fire damage. They did my entire bathroom in two days!!! You are crazy not to use them!!
