The worst meal I have ever been served at a restaurant, the southern fried chicken was hard as plaster and dry as a desert inside. the fries tasted reheated, and only the cole slaw and coffee were palatable, but not worth the nine dollar price of the meal. the cook (using the word loosely) thought there was nothing wrong with the chicken. Used to be a good place to eat.

Going downhill Quickly. My husband and I have eaten there often in the past. And, typically the food has been outstanding. The service has never been good, but we always went back because the food was good. We went today, and the ribs were overcooked, there was very little sauce, and a steak that we ordered medium rare came out mooing.

My husband even asked the waitress if they had a new cook. He complained, but nothing was done to try and correct the problem. And the waitress didn't seem to care that we were not satisfied. Additionally, there were only two other people in the restaurant, and the service was dreadful.

Spaghetti Ribs?. If ribs with marinara sauce is your idea of good ribs, then please go. I have eaten ribs in many places throughout the US and these were without doubt the worrst- inedible- unless you enjoy Spaghetti ribs.

Greastest Food in Jefferson Hills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. When you go to Elliott's Back street B.B.Q you get great service, and great food. And once you taste their food your in for a great time! My family and I go there all the time! Go try Elliott's food its great!

Best Place To Eat, In Allegheny Co. Hands Down.. When i go out to eat, i want good foood but at the same time, good service, and you dont get that may places. But at elliotts you get it all, great food, great people, and teriffic service!! So in my opunion if you want a good night out with friends or family, hands down the best place to go is Elliotts Backstreet BBQ!!!!!

The Best family bbq in Pittsburgh!. Elliott's Backstreet BBQ is filled with great bbq. Everything there is made fresh daily. All meats our smoked on site. Ribs fall off the bone, they are so tender. You can chose from a large menu, for the whole family. The service is great. The atmosphere is down home. You can eat in or take out. If you are in the area I would not pass this BBQ up! They have won awards for the BIGGEST SANDWICHES, BEST RIBS in the south hills area. One you don't want to miss. Family owned for over 20 years!
