rude? awful? .. just keep it simple, theyre jerks. AWFUL !!! .. tried going here 3 different times, specifically so I didnt give my business to the box stores. All I got was attitude each time. First time I need a key made nut its an encoded key and they dont do those. I didnt nknow that but they sure told me. Why be rude I didnt know. 2nd and 3rd times were both for replacment parts, on seperate occasions. I just needed the part, I knew what was broken each time. However because I didnt want to take the equipment in to be inspected they felt wronged The first time the 'man' almost seemed angry. The second time the person started to sound like Bill OReilly calling me "SIR" ... uptight arrogant jerks .. PERIOD

Sarasnick's is the BEST!. My family and I have always had the best service from these guys. I have had screens made, plexiglas windows made, tools fixed, glass cut, bought equipment, and all the other misc stuff you can't find quite so easily at places like Home Depot. The staff is helpful and friendly and their prices are reasonable.

WORST SERVICE EVER! RIPOFF!. NEGATIVE 100 RATING

Sent in a ridgid 5" orbital sander before christmas that was smoking and not sanding at all-----took three weeks to get it back, plugged it in and it was WORSE than it was when I sent it to them! WTH! Can't put ANY LOAD on it and it set off my smoke alarm in 5 seconds----GREAT WORK there guys--I'm sure Ridgid loves paying you guys!
