DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This shop is a complete and udder waste of time and money. I came in for a simple inspection on a work vehicle that I use. I've been coming to this location for several years now and although their prices are a little above average I was more than willing to deal with it due to their high standard of service. I found out today that the two shop managers have both left this location and I can clearly see why. They explained to me (two days later than what was agreed upon) in a quote that i would need several things done to my truck. The quote was rather steep and there was one portion of the work that they said they couldn't handle and would need to be done by a dealership. After some discussion I was informed that if I was able to get the other work completed on the vehicle that they were willing to "overlook" the issue that would need to be taken care of via dealership. So i proceeded to pay for said inspection and emission and be on my way to have the work completed elsewhere at a far more reasonable price. I returned to the same location a week later to have everything finalized and the sticker put on. While the mechanic looked over the vehicle he came to his store manager and stated that he still would not pass it due to the previously mentioned "dealership" work that still needed done. I was previously assured this would not be an issue and now I'm left with several hundreds of dollars of work they completed with no way of getting the inspection finished in the time frame that was needed. The manager conveniently disappeared after this was made apparent to me and was nowhere to be found for discussion. Absolutely unacceptable but any means!!! Shortly after that, I overheard the Secretary explaining to a random customer how she lied to another customer about her earliest available appointment being a week from now because the same manager (that so conveniently disappeared) told her to schedule this customer on a day when he wasn't working so he could avoid dealing with him! How in the world can a business run like this exactly??? I can assure you this is the last time I (or anyone else I can refer elsewhere) will ever deal with them.
