DO NOT STAY HERE
I reserved a block of rooms for my wedding and it was nothing but a problem. The hotel staff lost our reservations 4 TIMES! A month before the wedding we called in to confirm reservations and it was a good thing we did, because they didn’t have them. We rebooked them, and they got lost again. When we tried to call to rebook again, the hotel staff hung up on us. Then I called the customer hotline and they rebooked the rooms. I’m not exaggerating, we seriously had to book the same rooms 4 times.
Then the hotel actually called me and asked me what time my people were going to get there. I have never heard of this before, and as bride 3 days before my wedding you can image how upset I was.
When the last of my guests got to the hotel, the front desk staff scolded them and said that all the problems were my fault and we were to blame and started making accusations to the guest.
This place was a huge problem and I regret keeping the reservations with them. I don’t know how a place can operate with such terrible customer service. I stay in hotels on a regular basis and I’ve never had such a rude, disrespectful experience.
Good bang for your buck. Nice breakfast set up. Really friendly staff and comfy beds.
If you need somewhere inexpensive to stay that is not terribly far from downtown Pittsburgh or the airport, this place is fine. One of the beds in the room was pretty old and saggy, but otherwise the room was fine. However, the breakfast was good and it was quiet. I would stay there again.
good. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel was easy to find you could see the sign from interstate and it was right off the exit, could not have been any easier and is also fairly close to the city and attractions
good. Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay. Newly remodeled and clean and a great price per night too.
Great weekend. We stayed here for just a night when my husband was playing in a charity tournament at the Hickory Heights Golf Club just a few miles from the Knights Inn. Even better was we got to use our Wyndam Reward points so we stayed free for the night.
Nice. For the money, it was not bad at all. The beds were hard but the room was very quiet. Our room was clean for the most part. Overall, it was not a bad room and I know we will stay here again when we head that direction again.
Good food. Knights Inn Bridgeville may not be the highest class motel I have ever stayed in, but for the dollar, it is certainly not a bad choice. It is in a relatively convenient location and reasonably quiet. The continental breakfast was very acceptable and the room was clean. Free high-speed wireless internet is a plus also. I would stay there again for my next visit to Western PA.
nice job.. I think this hotel is just fine for the money. The carpet was a little dirty, but the bathroom was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. It was right by the freeway and was very convenient for my stay. I would recommend this hotel.
Great exprience. The beds were firm and the blankets have seen better days. However, if money is an issue, this is a great crash spot. I've stayed in hostels in NYC for more money but with far less amenities.
