I had an appointment?.
I've heard some really good things about this hair salon, and I'm not too pleased with mine right now, so I made an appointment over a week ago to get my hair cut. Nothing too time-consuming or special. I didn't want a perm, highlights, dye job, anything. I mainly just wanted my hair trimmed and re-layered. Over a week ago I made an appointment for today at 10:00am. They called me 10 minutes ago to tell me that they've moved my appointment to noon. Great first impression! Needless to say, I cancelled. I normally sleep in until 11, so I had to wake up early to get ready for this appointment and they basically blew me off. So good luck to all new customers going here! They obviously don't care about you very much!
