Very Unprofessional. ZAF Construction had an agreement with us to remove our old driveway and pour a new concrete one in it's place. They then spent several weeks ignoring our voice mails and e-mails -- the explanation given to us was that they were in Texas. Is there no cell service in Texas? Before beginning the driveway I requested that they write down the specifications for the materials and work that would be completed. The answer I received was "I don't know" to all of the specifications I inquired about, including: what PSI concrete will you be using, how thick of a gravel base do you use, can I see examples of previous driveways you have done, and are you insured. If you pour concrete for a living how do you not know these answers? Finally, after wasting a month of our time ZAF has decided that they will be unable to complete our driveway. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
