Hardly Unfriendly... Anna's is awesome!. Anna's is amazing! I have been a customer of Anna's since the very beginning. The staff is always friendly. Anna's is always up on the latest trends, and their stylists are trained well. I have never had a bad experience at Anna's. I get compliments on my hair constantly, everyone absolutely loves it! I would never go anywhere else! Anna's provides a world-class experience, and when you are there, you feel like family! I LOVE Anna's!

unfriendly. Kept going here hoping cuts would improve, they were at best hit or miss. Prices are way overpriced for quality of workmanship. Stylist didn't have much personality and felt uncomfortable trying to make conversation. Moving out of state and already know good stylist there to clean up lousy cut from this salon.

A curly haired girls dream. I recently had an appointment with Amy who did a wonderful job cutting my curly locks. I find it difficult to find someone who can cut my thick curly hair the way I like it. Amy did a great job ensuring that the layers she cut worked to ensure BIG hair...which is what I love. I also had her dye my hair. She suggested mixing two shades together, and being that I am not good at visualizing I put my trust in her hands and I'm so glad I did. I hadn't received so many compliments about my color in my life until Amy. She's a keeper!

My wedding day. I just recently was married this past April and chose this salon for my wedding party and myself due to all of the exceptional things I heard from my friends as well as clients at my work place. I can honestly say I could not have made a better choice. The entire staff at this salon was so friendly and made me feel so special. Every girl dreams of looking amazing on their wedding day, and I must say that my whole wedding party felt amazing! I highly recommend this salon to anyone out there. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Unprofessional, Poor Service!. There is not much good I can say about this salon. It was interesting to see what people consider being elite! I found unprofessional stylists, and poor services. I will continue my trip to Pittsburgh to find a salon that I like! Anna has some renaming to do...
