Someone mentioned North Hills auto mall home delivery service to me at work and that's what initially drove me to research their website. Wow! What an amazingly pleasant experience! From the online operator after hours to all the communications online with Jim the internet sales manager, everyone was helpful, professional, and genuinely fair and caring. ! I research my Honda online, and Jim matched a fair market value on the car in writing ! No pressure, and everything was done online! Additionally, I research my trade online and Jim! Jim then gave me a fair market value on my trade in writing, and we agreed on that as well. To top it off, although I had already arranged financing through my bank. This was truly a CAR BUYING experience NORTH HILLS AUTO MALL STYLE! EVERYTHING was done online. FAIR price for new car and trade and excellent financing! Then, for the ultimate experience of all, Jim drove my new car to my home. (no surprises, all was as discussed online) . It took less than 30 minutes! Jim then gave me the "tour" of my new car and explained all the features , and then he drove my trade! ! That's what I call the North hills auto mall. EXPERIENCE! I would recommend that everyone buy a HONDA this way!

We bought our 2006 Mazda from North hills auto mall and decided to shop other Honda dealerships up to 100 miles away when it came time to upgrade. But we came back to North hills auto mall because of the warm caring (I know) and friendly people that make THIS Honda dealership such a unique and special place. From the moment you are greeted and paired with your salesperson to the sales manager, and the finance manager you are treated as someone that truly wants your business. There is no phoniness here or high sales pressure. It may take some getting use to! I have purchased over 35 vehicles in my life and never have I left a dealership feeling good, weather a purchase was made or not before North hills auto mall. I traded in my wife's 2001 to purchase a 2006 and we are happy beyond belief with the total overall result. We will continue to recommend, North hills auto mall for people and friends that want a great vehicle purchase experience for a change.

North hills auto mall was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Internet sales manager Jim was the best! He new ever car on the lot, (yes it does exist!) very professional and honest with all aspects of the deal. I received a fair price for my new civic and fair price for my trade, in writing! No lies, no time wasted, just a fair price and a great experience. Home delivery of my new Honda was the icing on the cake ! THANKS to JIM and NORTH HILLS AUTO MALL ! NO SHARKS in this dealer!

Were shopping for Odyssey minivans. North hills auto mall had a big selection and we found a nice 2001 van. The sales process is low pressure and pleasant as far as car shopping goes. The dealership is a nice. The bargaining process was reasonable. The website is also easy to use. We dealt with Jim,.

Jim, provides very professional and personable service. He makes the buying process actually very fun and stress free. Jim will always be my first choice when looking for a new car. No hard pressure sales here, just a very nice man who will look out for you. In my many decades of buying cars this has been my best experience ever. I highly recommend Jim, He treats you like family and you walk away happy! Jim, is awesome. In fact I came back the next week to buy another car!
