Assisited Living Nightmare. My father was there for 3 years and they really didn't do thing like they said they did when I interviewed them. The care went way down hill. The staff really didn't check on him. The nurse NEVER looked at anyone. The change over in employees was nuts. In less then 3 yrs, there were 3-4 directors, none of whom new the residents. His room was never cleaned. That was part of the rent. I would go in and clean weekly. They never ran sweeper or cleaned toliet. No hot water, I had to complain all the time. My dad is no longer there and I am greatful. The place smells of urine and the staff yells down the hallways and such. Not very professional at all.
