I'm looking at moving to Pittsburgh and found Richard Prescott's 'Pittsburgh City Real Estate Experts' blog. Of all the Pittsburgh real estate sites I looked at, his is the only one that made me feel like I'd be comfortable in Pittsburgh after NYC. Some of folks might know you can can get a good real estate deal in Pittsburgh, but there might not be many who know it's as 'urbane' as it is. (look it up! haha)

I look forward to working with Richard to find a nice place where I can walk to things to do like I'm used to in NYC - He actually lived a few blocks from me for a year in New York, so he knows what I'm looking for!

I'm new to Pittsburgh and I wanted to find a home for sale through Keller Williams Realty. The other KW offices are way outside the city, but Richard Prescott at the new Pittsburgh Keller Williams office in Shadyside was very helpful getting me started looking for real estate in the cool types of Pittsburgh city neighborhoods I would be interested in.

He also has a very informative and modern/cool website about Pittsburgh city real estate for people who enjoy hip neighborhoods like Shadyside and the Strip District. Just Google 'Pittsburgh City Real Estate Expert.'

Richard Prescott has been so helpful in helping me find the right places and neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. I'm looking at 2 condos in the Strip District and Lawrenceville now. I can't wait to buy and move to Pittsburgh!
