Always have awesome service from this company.Their pick up time is usually the same ev single week, they put my cans back-the "other co" I previously used, actually would throw my cans back and ended up breaking my car windshield. My son saw it because he was leaving for school.Their customer service sucked and wouldn't even acknowledge the act - let alone compensate any of it...So, I no longer have that company and Shank's Sanitation goes above and beyond my expectations. I guess it was a 'good day' when I got my car window smashed.It led me to this company that I wouldn't have seeked out on my own...So just want to say thank you to W Management-and also Shank's Sanitation.
