Back on the road again Quickly. My car developed a running problem while visiting a friend at St. Margarets hospital. I was refered to Ferra's Automotive in Sharpsburg. They took me right in and for only a modest diagnostic fee were able to get me up and running again. They recommended I get the needed permanant repair when I got back home. They could have easily made me beleive the repair was needed immediately and make more $$$, but they were honest and realized my dilema far from home. Pittsburgh should be glad to have a business like this represent them. I highly recommend the guys at Ferra's

High Quality, Timely and Trustworthy. I took my vehicle to Ferra's Automotive for my yearly inspection and had an excellent experience. The technician gave a thorough walk through of my vehicle, detailing what I could potentially need to keep my eye on, as far as future maintenance. I felt like the shop was completely professional and trustworthy. I have found it hard to trust auto service shops in the past, I will continue to use Ferra's and nowhere else and I highly recommend you using Ferra's as well!

Bad Busniess Owner. I had the worse experience with Ferra Automotives. I broke down the other day because of my battery dying. No biggie I thought right. So I called AAA to be towed and since I broke down on the turnpike they had to send Ferra Automotive since they are part of the turnpike commission or something? Well the driver arrived and was quick and nice. But what I didn't know till later was he put his tow hook through my axle. I contacted Ferra Automotive about the situation and they have been nothing but rude. The owner Frank even hung up on me. As an owner of a company and manager of a business this is not the way I would treat my clients. I will never do business with Ferra in the future.

quick response in time of need. i ran into a deer that crossed my path on rt 28. The State police called Ferra's Automotive from Sharpsburg. They were there in minutes and loaded my car and delivered me and my young son to the car dealer. They then drove us to a car rental place after their dispatcher called ahead and made arrangements to reserve a car for me. The driver wouldn't take a tip at first but I pushed it in his pocket because I was very pleased with the friendly service. After he left I noticed my son playing with a small stuffed animal and I asked him where he got it. He said the tow man gave it to him. I phoned Ferra's to find out that a few drivers carry and give out these little stuffed animals to help calm little ones after an accident. What a great gesture. I highly recommend Ferra's
