horrible!!!. Do NOT use this mortgage company! I was in the process of buying a house using US Mortgage Network because of their low interest rate. However after paying them over $400 for processing fees, and a $300 home inspection they said that my mortgage would be conditional because their appraiser also did and inspection of the property and I was on a conventional mortgage path. I was pre-approved for this mortgage, and the appraisal came in much higher than the selling price, but still they had conditions. They wanted me or the seller to get several inspections of the property even after the home inspection I paid for did not identify the conditional items as major defects. Overall I would NEVER use this company again because they do not tell you up front about these conditions, I wasn't even doing an FHA!
