My experience at Aspen Dental was exceptional!! I was really nervous about going to the dentist as I haven't been to one in awhile. From the time I walked in Rachel, the office manager, was friendly, informative, and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Tracy, the xray technician was very pleasant and made me feel not embarrassed about not being to a dentist in awhile. My dentist, Dr. Monaco was awesome! Meeting these 3 wonderful people is what made me decide that I was going ahead with the procedures that I need. When I went back for my procedures (14 teeth pulled and dentures put in) Dr. Monaco was quick and thorough. I couldn't believe that it was over so quickly. Without hesitation I will be going back to her to get the rest of the things I need done!

I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Homestead, PA to everyone! They are AWESOME!!!!

Highly Recommended. I originally came to Aspen Dental in the Waterfront for a second opinion regarding a number of cavities that I needed to get filled. After my initial visit with Dr. Bonczek and the rest of the staff at Aspen Dental it was a no brainer which dentist to choose. As someone who is generally very anxious about going to the dentist, I was apprehensive about the whole process. I had to come back for a few appointments in order to complete my treatment plan but each and every time I felt relaxed and comfortable in the friendly atmosphere of this office. Everyone there including the receptionist, the office manager, the hygienists, and the dentist are incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and responsive to your needs. I have already recommended this practice to my husband and would recommend them to anyone else without reservation!

Great Experience. I visited the Aspen Dental at the Waterfront after my dentist retired. I was anxious and didn't know what to expect because I trusted my previous dentist that I had been seeing for 10 years. I finally made an appointment after several months of trying to find another dentist.

It is a brand new office and was very clean. The girl at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The assistants were very friendly and were patient with me through the xray process. The rooms were very nice and private. Each chair has its own tv which I really enjoyed while waiting for the dentist!!!!!!! I liked that my room was private so I didn't feel like everyone was listening to what the dentist was saying.

The dentist took his time with my exam, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done. The hygenist checked my gums and explained what was going on. The dentist and I discussed several options for my treatment and decided on one that we thought would be best for me. I felt confident with the work that was planned.

The office manager was very understanding about my financial situation and we discussed several options for payments.

I was able to get my cleaning done the same day! I left feeling educated and motivated to come back to finish my treatment. Everything was easy and explained step by step. I feel confident and will return to Aspen Dental at the Waterfront to have the remaining treatment completed. I had a great experience and would encourage anyone that has been putting seeing the dentist off to try this office.
