Very Satisfied Customer. After months of deciding whether to remodel my kitchen, I decided to talk with several contractors and after talking with Dennis I selected him to do the job. Basement ReModel. We were looking to have our basement finished into a game room for our family and friends to use. We are thrilled with the work Dennis and his crew has done! Quality of Work/Expectations.
I have had nothing but problems with my underdeck enclosure. The door frame moves and the doors do not stay shut. The roof installed to capture the water was seemed together and leaks profusely into
the underdeck. Dennis did none of the work and was not on the site daily as mentioned in his profile. He uses subs which are very nice and are trying to fix the problems due to poor construction but unfortunately are still trying and you don't know when they are going to come out to retry and fix, you have to keep calling them. I have been extremely patient with the sub and understand his personal problems but I'm losing my patience. If this dosn't get fixed this week, I'm going to demand a refund. I was informed Dennis just sells the job but doesn't actually do any of the work and I have experienced just that. Dennis has not followed up with the problem of the leaking and door not shutting, I have been working directly with the sub he hired.
Dennis Contacted me today Wed January 19th and said he is going to come out and assess the situation which he said he is completely unware. He said he lets his subs make all the decisions but I was informed today from the sub that Dennis provided all the material and said use what I give you and make it work. Dennis also provided the wrong color siding originally and luckily I caught it in time prior to installation. Dennis blamed that on his computer automatically deleting his emails. We'll see what happens on Friday January 21st.…
